AI Design Sprint: Transform Ideas into AI Prototypes in
2 Days.

Is your business ready to harness the power of AI, or are you stuck in “analysis paralysis”?

Here is the hard truth: Most AI initiatives fail not because the technology is too difficult, but because the business problem isn’t clearly defined. Companies waste months and thousands of Euros building solutions nobody needs.

There is a better way.

Bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution with our facilitated AI Design Sprint®. In just two days, we take you from a vague idea to a tangible, validated AI concept—de-risking your investment and accelerating innovation.

What is an AI Design Sprint?

The AI Design Sprint is a proven, fast-paced workshop framework adapted from Google Ventures’ Design Sprint and powered by the innovative 33A AI Card Deck methodology.

It is not a technical hackathon. It is a strategic collaboration tool designed to align non-technical stakeholders (executives, product owners, subject matter experts) with data possibilities.

The goal is simple: Stop talking about AI and start designing it. By the end of the sprint, you won’t just have a plan; you’ll have a prototyped concept ready for technical validation.

Why Choose an AI Design Sprint?

Traditional AI development is slow, expensive, and risky. Our sprint flips the script.

  • De-Risk Your Investment: Don’t spend a fortune building an MVP until you know it solves a real problem.
  • Align Your Team: Get business leaders, marketing, and ops on the same page instantly.
  • Move Fast: Accomplish months of strategic planning in just two intensive days.
  • No Coding Required: This workshop is for humans, not just coders. We use plain language and visual tools to demystify AI.

Rethink your problem. Renew your strategy. Reconnect with your customers.

Your 2-Day Innovation Itinerary

We facilitate a structured, high-energy process that guides your team through four critical phases.

Phase 1: Understand & Define (The “North Star”)

We start by unpacking the problem. What is the business challenge? Who is the user? We use Empathy Mapping and User Journey exercises to ensure we are solving the right problem, not just the easiest one.

Phase 2: Demystify & Ideate

Using the 33A AI Cards, we break down complex AI capabilities (like Computer Vision, NLP, and Predictive Analytics) into simple building blocks.

  • Mix & Match: Your team combines these “capability cards” to brainstorm novel solutions.
  • Crazy 8s: A rapid sketching exercise to generate volume and variety in ideas.

Phase 3: Decide & Storyboard

You can’t build everything. We use dot-voting and impact/effort matrices to select the single strongest concept. Then, we create a detailed Storyboard that maps exactly how the AI interacts with the user and the business process.

Phase 4: Prototype & Validate

We turn your storyboard into a realistic looking prototype (using slide decks or low-fidelity mockups) to simulate the user experience. This allows us to “fake it before we make it” and validate the concept before writing a single line of code.

Who Is This For?

This workshop is ideal for:

  • SME Leaders looking to gain a competitive edge.
  • Product Managers wanting to integrate AI features.
  • Innovation Teams stuck in the “idea phase.”
  • Non-Technical Executives who need to understand AI’s practical application.

Prerequisites: No technical background in AI or coding is required. Bring your domain expertise; we bring the framework.

Workshop Details & Investment

  • Duration: 2 Days (In-person or Virtual)
  • Participants: Ideal for teams of 3–7 people
  • Facilitator: Led by an experienced Fractional CDO & AI Strategist
  • Investment: €1,500 (excl. VAT)
