Our Step-by-Step Innovation Process
Our workshop guides your team through three distinct, outcome-focused phases:
Stage 1: Opportunity Mapping We start by analysing your organisation’s structure and workflows. Using our Process Automation Canvas©, your team will collaboratively identify and prioritise the processes with the highest potential for valuable automation. You will leave this phase knowing exactly where to focus your efforts.
Stage 2: AI-Powered Solution Design Focusing on the top-priority process, your team will map out current pain points and use our AI Cards© to brainstorm and design a new, automated workflow. We also incorporate an Ethical Check to ensure the solution is responsible and user-centric.
Stage 3: Viability Assessment & Business Case The final phase is about ensuring the project is worthwhile. Your team will assess the technical feasibility by identifying data needs, evaluate the value for employees, and build a solid business case by estimating the financial gains, cost savings, and overall ROI.
